I'm Ollie, Founder of Resi Recruit. Before moving into recruitment I spent over five years working within the residential property sector.
During that time I experienced both sides of the hiring process first hand — trying to find good people for my team and navigating my own career moves. It gave me a real appreciation for how important the right hire is, how much it affects a team when a role sits vacant for too long and what candidates actually need from the process to make a good decision.
I started Resi Recruit with a clear purpose — to be the recruiter I'd have wanted to work with. One who understands the sector, takes the brief seriously and is honest with both sides throughout the process. Simple in principle, but everything we do is built around it.
