I'm Ollie — Founder of Resi Recruit and a specialist Recruiter who has spent my career working exclusively within the residential property sector.
Before starting Resi Recruit, I built my experience recruiting across block and estate management, build to rent, estate agency and new homes. Over that time I developed a deep understanding of how these businesses operate, what the roles actually involve and most importantly, what the right person looks like for each of them.
I started Resi Recruit with a clear purpose — to be the recruiter I'd have wanted to work with. One who understands the sector, takes the brief seriously and is honest with both sides throughout the process. Simple in principle, but everything we do is built around it.
